WARRANTY POLICY

- All products purchased from RepairHPpda.com are covered by a 120-days warranty against any manufacturer defects or failures.
- You must request a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number within 120 days of shipment unless otherwise stated in the product description
- Repairhppda.com will not accept returns of defective products without prior authorization and RMA number.
- Replacement of defective product will only be sent upon receipt of the defective product .
- If a replacement of the defective product is not available , full refund of the defective product will be issued.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of shipment of any defective product back to us however we may offer free product to cover some of the shipment cost .

- Merchandise returned under warranty as defective will be tested and inspected.
- All warranties are void if returned merchandise is found to be damaged,scracthed,modified or altered in anyway.
- Customer is responsible for proper packaging of RMA returns. All warranties will be void on items that are returned inadequately packaged.
- Warranty stickers on the products should not be removed or damaged
- The items which are determined to have become damaged by the customer will be void of warranty and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to ship the product back if desired.

-Our warranty is limited to manufacturer defects. Our standard warranty covers the purchased component and does not include loss of use, loss of data, or any other incidental losses.
- Cyber Merchant Ltd is not responsible for any damages to your device due to improper installation or events such as drops, water spills, and other kinds of accidental damage.
- Failures due to modification, misuse, on conditions of storage are also not covered.
- Our liability is limited to the amount charged for our products and shall not include costs of labor or other special or consequential damages.

EXCHANGE POLICY
- If an exhange is requested ,we will exchange the product(s) of equal or greater value for the difference in price plus shipping charges.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of shipment of the merchandise to be exchanged.
- The items requested to be exchanged if found to be not in reselllable condition or found to to have become damaged by the customer will not be eligible for exchange with another product and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to ship the product back if desired.
